Infrared Heat: Is it Safe, and How Does it Work?
Yes, it’s completely safe and non-invasive. Its a form of therapy that uses specific wavelengths of light, which are experienced as gentle heat, to support cellular and bodily functions. By safely raising your core body temperature, infrared heat can enhance blood circulation, promote detoxification through sweating, and deeply relax muscles and joints. This mechanism helps to alleviate stiffness and stress, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and more flexible.
I’m completely new to Pilates, where should I start?
Welcome! Our best recommendation is the Ignition Pass (14 Days Unlimited for £49). This allows you to try all our classes, meet our instructors, and find your favorite style without commitment. If you want a slower start, begin with THE FLOW classes.
What should I expect from my first class?
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your class starts so we can show you around! We lock the door once the class starts, so please make sure you arrive on time.
Your instructor will talk you through the class and answer any questions you may have.
We have all equipment so you don’t need to bring your own, but please bring socks and a grippy towel to your class. You can also purchase socks at the studio and rent your towel.
What do I need to bring ?
Please bring grip socks (mandatory for safety and hygiene), a grippy mat towel, and your water bottle for hydration. If you forget your socks, we sell high-quality, branded pairs at the studio!
Where can I park?
There is free parking on the high street on the side opposite to the studio. Parking on the same side of the studio has 2 hour restrictions during peak hours.
There’s many residentials roads nearby that you can park on or Sainsburys paid car park is a 3 minute walk away (you get free parking if shopping in Sainsburys).
Cancellations & late Policy
We know life is busy and plans change! So we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your space via your booking email confirmation so we can free up your spot for someone else.
If you’re running late - For safety and to maintain the integrity of the class flow, the studio door will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, and late entry is not permitted. Unfortunately we cannot refund or reschedule your class if you’re late.
Do you offer refunds?
All purchases are non refundable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused passes outside of their expiry window, change of mind, injury illness or change of address.
When are the classes available to book?
We open our booking window 7 days in advance. For example on a Saturday you will be able to book classes up until the end of the day on the following Saturday.
Can I pause my membership?
If you would like to pause your membership please email to arrange with at least 14 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment.
